As soon as I started my wedding planning, I knew who my DJ would be- DJ Sevag. I have seen DJ Sevag at work throughout the years and have loved his musical taste so it was an easy choice for me. We hired him for our wedding (5.26.13). Sevag was very professional from the get go: I appreciated having a contract that clearly explained the agreement between us, he responded to emails and questions promptly, and he had a lot of insight/advice when I asked. The week of the wedding, we emailed back and forth and communicated via telephone (he also meets clients in person if that is your preference) about song choices, the wedding timeline, and all other questions/concerns. The day of- he was not only a dj but a wedding coordinator! He kept us on track with our timeline through calm/matter of fact manner, even when it wasn't related to music (i.e. "it's time to cut the cake"). For those of us who don't have a wedding coordinator, this is a HUGE asset. He is an expert at reading the crowd and playing what they want. My crowd was especially challenging as the crowd was split almost 50/50 between a younger and older generation. For a dj to be able to keep both generations happy and having fun....now that is an accomplishment! Most importantly, he was a person of his word delivering what he said he would- a good time had by all! Highly recommend him for any occasion, but especially a wedding :)
