Planning a wedding is difficult enough, you don't need to deal with vendors that make it worse. We were having a hard time finding a photographer/videographer. We went to a "popular"Â vendor who was showing us packages starting $10k. I wanted to tell him, "Calm down, you're not photographing at the Oscars. So we went to another vendor who gave us a WHOLE TWO MINUTES of his time. This man had the audacity to invite another couple inside his office in the midst of our conversation and tell us, "Ok we are done, call me with any questions."Â No thanks bud!!
Then my friend told me about Vic Studios and boy was that a blessing. We met at his Old Town Pasadena office and it was such a cute little office (not trying to impress us with a huge, pointless studio like the previous guy) It was a more intimate setting where he offered us wine as we sat at a comfortable couch and looked at samples of his work. He gave us all the time we needed, answered all questions and was an absolute delight to work with.
We set up a specific package just for us and formed a contract. His contracts are clear as to what he expects from us (payment wise) and what we should expect from him (service and delivery wise). Wedding day arrived along with all the chaos itâ's known for. I appreciated how quickly and efficiently Vic and his staff worked. I had spent a lot of time and money on the decor of my house and they paid attention to detail to capture perfect angles. They are a kind and easy going group of people to work with. Sometimes you freeze in front of the camera but I was completely at ease and able to enjoy the picture process. Like I said, they paid attention to detail from the minute my wedding began to the minute it ended.
My photos came out flawless and I mean flawless. It was better than I expected and I was having a hard time choosing which one was my favorite photo. The color, the detail, the pose, the lighting, the setting, the angle, everything was just beautiful. I was so happy with my photos that I can't think of a bad thing to say. That should tell you a lot about Vic Studios.
The videography was outstanding. The first time watching it, I pressed play and was mesmerized of how beautiful the cinematic introduction was. They'd picked highlights of my wedding and made a clip with dramatic music portraying my special day as if it was a movie trailer. I was amazed by Carlo's editing skills and I personally want to thank him for all his hard work. He was patient and kind and delivered excellence giving me a final copy of my video that was above my expectations.
