Wedding Vendors: What's New With Harsanik

Wedding vendors: we love your work, and for that reason, we wanted to create a website that was easier to use, and full of ways to showcase you! The new site has been live for over a month, and we love it for all it's new options. Here are the ten new features you'll love as much as we do.

#1: New look!

We're sure you've noticed the "something blue" design. The site is easier to use, cuter, cleaner, with drop down menus, and a helpful blog. The layout is meant to inspire, and your showcased images add to it!

#2: Photos in Our Vendor Listings

For vendors who choose to sign up for an upgraded listing, you can now upload up to 24 photos and 3 videos to your listing pages! This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and get your photo gallery added or updated on Harsanik.

#3: Home Page Featured Blogs, New Reviews, and New Listings

If you're an advertiser, reach out to us to submit blog content that we can showcase in our Featured Weddings, Inspiration and Ideas, and Articles and Guides sections on the home page! But even further, ask your customers to review your listing, because new reviews show up on the home page too! If you're a new vendor that's joining our directory, you'll be featured on the home page!

#4: Tablet, Mobile, iPad Friendly

Not only is it easier for Harsanik users to find your listing, view your photos, and do tons of things on the website, but now our site is fully responsive which means it's even easier for users to find your listing and view your photos on on all mobile devices. And if you have an ad running on Harsanik, now all ads display clearly across all devices. So you never have to worry about differences between the desktop and mobile version of your ads.

#5: Social Media Buzz

Your fans can like or share your listing straight from your listing page! Let's make it into a fun competition - first vendor to reach 100 Facebook likes and report to us gets their work featured on our homepage, a Vendor Spotlight blog post, and 25% off any advertising package!

#6: Changes to Categories

Thanks to feedback from users and vendors, we made some changes to our categories. We're excited to now have a new Photo Booth category! Plus we combined sections for dance lessons and professional dancers into the new Dancers & Lessons category. We also refreshed some of the category names to reflect the kind of elegance that relates to the work of our vendors. 

#7: New Armenian Wedding Traditions

Our users told us they love the wedding traditions in our site, so we created a whole section dedicated to Armenian Wedding Traditions! If there are any Armenian Wedding Traditions that are not listed, send us the information and help us refresh the content used by so many brides planning their wedding!

#8: Respond to your Reviewers

If you want to respond back to a recent review, send us your response and we’ll add your response directly below the review.

#9 More Advertising Options

We have new sizes for almost all of our ads, including Sponsor ads that are placed on every page (300 x 100), rotating banner ads (300 x 250), and Premier Featured ads (618 x 156). Check with us to become an advertiser!

#10: 2015 Bridal Show Produced by Harsanik

The Harsanik Bridal Show is back! We took a break in 2014 so we could focus on bringing to life #theNEWharsanik. And now that our brand new site is complete, we're thrilled to share announce that Harsanik is producing its 5th annual bridal show! The bridal show is an excellent opportunity for wedding vendors to get maximum exposure. So reach out to us to learn how you can feature your business at the 2015 Harsanik Bridal Show. We selected the Marriott Burbank Hotel since it's one of the most spacious venues in Los Angeles so no need to worry about feeling claustrophobic! The show is coming up on March 22, and booth space is first come, first served. Full of cake tastings, entertainment, brides and families, it is going to be the best one yet!
