Featured Wedding: Zorab and Emma
Emma and Zorab traveled all the way from Sweden to have their wedding in Armenia on September 26, 2015. With a stunning ceremony at Echmiadzin's St. Mariam Astvatsatsin Church, beautiful reception at Vahakni Restaurant, and an amazing photoshoot at the ruins of Zvartsnots Cathedral, Emma and Zorab's wedding was unforgettable. We spoke with Wedding Armenia, the couple's wedding planners, and we're excited to share the stunning photos and video from their one of a kind wedding in Armenia.

The bride, Emma, is Swedish and the groom, Zorab, is Armenian. The couple lives in Sweden and upon their engagement decided to have their wedding in Zorab's motherland, Armenia. Their decision to have a destination wedding came simply from the couple admiring the rich culture and history of Armenia and considering Zorab's Armenian roots.
One of the most challenging aspects of destination weddings is gathering all the guests! Most of Emma and Zorab's guests traveled from Sweden and other foreign countries while others were from Armenia.
To help plan their wedding, Emma and Zorab utilized Wedding Armenia. The wedding planners and coordinators from the Wedding Armenia company communicated with the couple via email and Skype and helped book their vendors and organize every aspect of their special day. Upon their arrival all the details of their wedding were arranged.

Filled with Armenian and foreign traditions and customs, Emma and Zorab multi-cultural wedding was beautiful in every way! Watch their wedding video highlights below:
