The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is good compared to the price you pay per seat....other than that, the dance floor is wayyy to small, the "remodeling" that was done here is not good at all - bright red walls with glitter that reminds me of a kindergarten project and the lobby has a huge painting of boats that has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the hall itself. Also beware when dealing with the owner if you are booking this hall for any event - he acts really cool and promises things that are not delivered at the end. He is also very paranoid about his hall. Good luck to anyone who is hired there to decorate it for an event - he will be breathing down your neck about every small detail. 0_o

My husband and I visited a lot of Armenian Halls and the majority of owners where extremely rude. But SEPAN's Owner, management and staff are by far the nicest and very helpful. We are from Las Vegas so we are used to great service. We had our Baby shower there last month and they were Awesome. 1.Food-excellent 2.Service-excellent 3. Price-excellent 4.Hall-excellent 5. Service Again- excellent. My guests had a great time. The owner Armen is a gentlemen with a great personality to help his customers so was the manager. THANKS SEPAN

I had my baby shower in the lower level hall. I had about 90 guests. I really liked the food, service and the place. My guests were also happy. I had enough time to decorate the hall. Very good service with a reasonable price. Thank you Sepan

This place has two halls. The hall in the lower level is OK. I heard the prices are pretty cheap. The location is not so great. The upper level is hideous. It is for smaller events.
