We wanted to wish all of our readers a very Happy Valentine's Day! We hope you have a wonderful day filled with love and romance!

In our last blog, we hope you were inspired by the gorgeous Valentine’s themed table scape from some of our talented Harsanik.com vendors:

In today's blog, we wanted to share some last minute yet creative gift ideas for newly engaged couples who are looking to not only please their significant other this Valentine’s Day but also their pocket book!

A Valentine’s Day Photo Shoot

Spell it Out:
When surprising your significant other with a Valentine’s gift, creativity always stands out! How about this year, use items around the house that have a special meaning to your significant other to spell out how much you care about them. For example, if your fiancé loves to cook, grab something from the kitchen like dry macaroni pieces and spell out “I love you!” on the kitchen counter. This will surely put a smile on his or her face!

Picture This:
They always say a picture is worth a thousand words! This Valentine’s Day, go through your digital camera and choose your favorite pictures of you and your sweetheart. Then incorporate the pictures into something your Valentine can cherish forever. How about creating a collage of photos of you and your loved one on a simple poster board. To add a special touch, add a cute saying next to each picture or write down a memory that you have from that specific moment in time. This will definitely earn you some sweetheart points!

Make it Comical:
Although they say the stomach is the best way to get to a man’s heart (most of the time it is!), most men will admit that they appreciate a woman with a sense of humor. So for all you ladies, why not opt for something that makes him laugh on this Valentine’s Day. Here’s an idea…create a fake personal ad about your significant other. Make sure to mention all of the wonderful qualities that he has. This is a great way to remind him that he is appreciated. Attach the ad by a telephone in the house where he is close to. Then call him at that number so that he can see the ad. Tell him that you are responding to his post and that you feel that he has all the wonderful qualities that would make him your future Mr. Right!

And remember, if all else fails… you can never go wrong with sweet treats that will satisfy your sweet heart’s sweet tooth!

SHOULD GUYS ATTEND THE BRIDAL SHOW?

Hi - this is Marineh, co-founder of Harsanik.com! As we are working on the final details of our upcoming bridal show, I wanted to share with our readers a question that a lot of ladies have recently asked me.....

"Should guys attend the bridal show?"

So I decided to write this blog so I can share my answer with all of you. My short answer is yes. Obviously the majority of attendees will be women (it's a bridal show after all!). However it is very common to see men either walking through the aisles with their fiance as they plan their wedding, or seeing the men hanging out by the bar catching up with friends while their ladies are mingling with every single vendor!

ANDY & SHANI'S 2ND WEDDING - "LA VIE EN ROSE"

After a three day wedding celebration last month, Iranian/Armenian superstar Andy and wife Shani decided to host a 2nd wedding celebration on November 27 for 500 guests. The second celebration called “La Vie en Rose” had a red and black theme and was held at the Palladio Banquet Hall in Glendale. Armenian singers Armenchik and Tiko Asatryan entertained the crowd while the couple and their guests danced the night away.

Andy & Shani’s wedding celebration was once again filled with love and music! When asked about the couple, photographer Armen Asadorian of Armen Asadorian Photography commented, "It is easy to love Andy and Shani, they have an incredible energy about them that instantly draws everyone in.  They are a great couple who trust the creative process.  I truly enjoyed every minute of their amazing wedding."

The bride looked stunning as always in two dresses. The first was a strapless white mermaid dress provided by American Wedding Center, and the second was a gorgeous red dress designed by Simin Haute Couture that perfectly complimented the red and black theme. Anoush & Lisa’s Flowers designed beautiful floral arrangements and Rafi’s Pastry & Cakes provided a 6-tier cake with hints of red. Videographer Eric Ajoonian of Eric Film and photographer Armen Asadorian captured all the key moments from the first kiss to the last dance.

When asked what the key differences were between the two weddings, Eric from Eric Film responded, "The first wedding was themed “A Fairy Tale Wedding", and the second wedding, "La Vie en Rose" had a red and black theme. During the second wedding Shani wore both a white wedding gown and a red dress since red was the color of the night. Finally, the first wedding was more Persian themed with Persian singers while the second wedding was a more traditional Armenian wedding with Armenian music and an Armenian Sazandar."

It is easy to see the love this couple has for each other. We wish you all the best!

Special thanks to Armen Asadorian Photography for the photos and Eric Film for the highlights video!
